Are you planning to Buy or Sell an older house ?

             ( If this house was built before 1978, it's possible that the paint contains lead. )
     Sellers must disclose known information on Lead-based Paint Hazards before selling a house.
     Sales Contracts MUST include a Seller's Disclosure Form and should include an Information Pamphlet.

Are you planning to Rent an older house ?

             ( If this house was built before 1978, it's possible that the paint contains lead. )
     Lessor ( Landlord ) must disclose known information on Lead-based Paint Hazards before selling a house.
     Lease / Rental Agreements MUST include a Lessor's Disclosure Form and should include an Information Pamphlet.
