We want you to love your Kaktus merchandise just as much as we do!

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days for a full refund. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so that the return process is a smooth and easy process for you.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow at least 14 business days to process returns.  Once your return is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to appear on your account. 

There is a 30-day limit on returns.

We ship both domestically and internationally. However, international shipping rates may apply.
